Little Palette Mail Club (Physical Subscription Mail)

Little Palette Mail Club is a monthly physical mail subscription sent via standard snail mail.

Monthly sign-up cut-off: The 5th of each month

Mailing date: Orders are mailed on or around the 15th of each month

Because this is sent as letter mail without tracking, delivery times may vary. Please allow extra time for your mail to arrive. Once mail has been dropped off with the postal service, it is no longer within our control.

If your mail has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, feel free to reach out at littlepalettemailclub@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to help however I can.

Product Variations & Expectations

Each month’s Little Palette Mail Club delivery is intentionally unique. Please note that the following elements may vary from month to month:

• Fine art print illustration

• Greeting card design

• Palette colors

• Number of watercolor paint dots

• Letter content

• Envelope color

• Inclusion of occasional freebies

All contents are subject to change and may differ from promotional photos, which are used for styling and example purposes.

Due to the nature of snail mail and handmade watercolor palettes, paint dots may occasionally chip during transit. This does not affect usability. Simply wet the chipped paint with a brush and gently move it around on the palette—once dry, it will re-adhere and function as intended. If the watercolor dots are unusable, reach out to littlepalettemailclub@gmail.com and I will assist you in sending replacement colors.

Digital Products (If Applicable)

Digital products, when offered, will be available for download immediately upon completion of purchase.

After purchase, files can be accessed via the Order Confirmation Page and through a confirmation email containing a download link. Download links expire 24 hours after purchase. If a link has expired, a new link can be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Little Palette Mail Club & Physical Products

Refunds are available for Little Palette Mail Club subscriptions only if the subscription is canceled before the monthly sign-up cut-off on the 5th and the monthly mail has not yet been prepared or sent.

Subscriptions and payments are processed through Stripe, where customers can manage their subscription settings. If a subscription is purchased and then canceled before the 5th of the month, customers must also reach out via email to request a refund, as Stripe does not automatically refund subscription charges due to the nature of subscription-based products.

Because Little Palette Mail Club is sent via untracked snail mail, delivery times may vary. If your mail appears to be significantly delayed or never arrives, please reach out so we can work together on a solution, including replacement mail when possible. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me so we can discuss next steps on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once a download link has been provided. If you encounter an issue with your file, please reach out for support.

Cancellations

Subscription orders must be canceled before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged and receiving that month’s mail.

If a subscription is purchased and then canceled before the 5th of the month, customers must also reach out via email to request a refund, as Stripe does not automatically refund subscription charges due to the nature of subscription-based products.

Digital product purchases cannot be canceled once access has been provided.
